These terms are a non-binding draft for the marketing site. Execute a formal Order Form or Master Subscription Agreement for production use of Bolt TMS.
Using our sites and services
By accessing bolttms.com properties, Bolt marketing pages, or Bolt TMS, you agree to follow applicable law, refrain from abusive use, and keep your account credentials confidential. We may suspend access for violations or risk to the platform.
Field tests and subscriptions
Field-test offerings (including duration, limits, and eligibility) are described at signup. After any field-test period, paid use is billed month-to-month according to the pricing and packaging in effect when you order, plus applicable taxes, unless your agreement says otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
Intellectual property
Bolt retains all rights to the software, documentation, and branding. You retain rights to your business data. Limited feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Warranty disclaimer
Except where prohibited by law, Bolt provides the service “as is” and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Bolt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Bolt’s aggregate liability arising out of these terms generally should be capped as set forth in your formal agreement—replace this draft with executed contract terms.
Changes
We may update these terms for the marketing site. Material changes to a production contract require the process defined in that contract.
